The spicy and powerful garlic puree from Andalusia. Due to the southern location of Andalusia, it is a very dry and hot region. This makes this region not immediately suitable for garlic cultivation. The bulk of garlic cultivation is therefore located in Castile-La Mancha further north. However, garlic from Andalusia has traditionally been very popular in gastronomy: precisely because of the more difficult growing conditions, this garlic has a very powerful and distinct taste.
